The Team Behind Our Designs
People matter; that’s why we develop our building systems with them in mind. Our firm consists of individuals that start from curiosity, implement sound solutions, and constructively problem solve. We work to achieve balance between work and life, promoting a collaborative environment and cultivating an atmosphere of respect. Below you have an opportunity to get to know a bit about the people behind the drawings and specifications created for you. However, this by no means lets you off the hook for having conversations with us on a regular basis.

Principal / Electrical Engineer
My trek through engineering began at the intersection of my three passions: tinkering with technology, serving those around me, and a constant quest for understanding. I engineer so that people can enjoy their surroundings, without thinking about the complexities of the systems that make their experience seamless. Throughout the past fourteen years, I have had the pleasure to work with a multitude of clients, making a realized impact in local communities.
I am a reliable and highly motivated electrical engineer with management, software development and electrical infrastructure design experience. I thoroughly enjoy tackling design challenges to create simple, innovative solutions to complex problems through planned synthesis, analysis and implementation. I ascribe to Lean Six Sigma methodology as a basis for continual improvement.
I served on the City of San Antonio Building-Related and Fire Codes Appeals and Advisory Board and have been involved in the South Texas Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council and the South Texas Chapter of Association for Learning Environments. In my time away from the office I enjoy the physical challenges associated with cycling and bouldering, the strategy and tactics related to board games, as well as the combination of planning and engineering that goes into maintaining a saltwater aquarium.

Mechanical Engineer
I’m a Mechanical Engineer with over 22 years of experience in MEP design and construction, and I care deeply about seeing good design translate into well-built, well-operated facilities. As a licensed Professional Engineer and Texas Air Conditioning Contractor, I bring both a design and construction perspective to every project, with a focus on systems that perform as intended long after turnover.
My experience spans mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems design, HVAC system optimization, energy and utility consumption modeling, and life-cycle cost analysis. I’ve worked on large-scale ground-up and renovation projects, as well as targeted equipment surveys and replacement efforts, often supporting owners in evaluating existing conditions and planning practical, cost-effective upgrades.
I’ve led multi-discipline engineering teams and supported projects from preconstruction through completion, emphasizing coordination, constructability, and clear documentation. My project experience includes healthcare facilities, laboratories, central utility plants, military and federal government projects, and water conservation and commissioning efforts.
I have also served as a technical advisor supporting USGS and Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) commissioning requirements in Washington, D.C., and previously served as President of the Alamo ASHRAE Chapter in San Antonio, Texas. Above all, I value designs that work in the real world and contribute positively to the built environment.

Graduate Electrical Engineer
I have a strong academic foundation and early professional experience supporting electrical and lighting design within multidisciplinary teams. I recently completed my Bachelor of Science in Engineering Science with a civil concentration and a minor in mathematics, a background that shapes how I approach electrical design as part of an integrated building system rather than in isolation.
My experience working closely with architects and civil engineers has given me a practical understanding of how electrical systems interact with building structure, envelope, and space planning. That perspective informs my approach to layout development, coordination, and documentation, helping anticipate constructability challenges and support long-term system performance.
Within electrical engineering, I have developed a particular strength and interest in lighting design. I enjoy the technical aspects of lighting, including fixture layout, load calculations, coordination with controls, and alignment with architectural intent, while also considering visual comfort and occupant experience. I am motivated by translating design goals into clear, buildable lighting solutions.
Outside of engineering, competitive athletics have played an important role in shaping how I work. As a captain of the Trinity University women’s golf team, I learned the value of preparation, discipline, and accountability while balancing academic and athletic commitments. I bring that same focus and collaborative mindset to project work and am committed to continued growth as an electrical engineer designing systems that perform well.

Graduate Mechanical Engineer
I have a developed technical background and a focused interest in HVAC and plumbing system design. I graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio in May 2024, and I approach engineering work with an emphasis on accuracy, process, and careful synthesis of complex building systems.
My strengths lie in building modeling, load calculations, and the detailed development of mechanical systems that are both technically sound and constructible. I enjoy the analytical side of HVAC design, which involves evaluating loads, developing system concepts, and refining designs through calculation and iteration. I design while maintaining close attention to coordination and documentation. I am also experienced in supporting plumbing design, which reinforces a systems-based understanding of how buildings operate as a whole.
In addition to design work, I have field experience that helps inform how I approach implementation. Exposure to real-world installation conditions, coordination challenges, and construction sequencing has strengthened my understanding of how design decisions translate in the field, and it reinforces the importance of clear documentation and practical detailing.
I grew up in San Antonio, and that local connection informs how I think about the built environment and the communities our projects serve. I value practical design, collaboration, and continuous learning, and I am committed to developing as a mechanical engineer while contributing careful, well-coordinated designs that perform in real-world conditions.
